Registration

We want to bring together dancers who value the ronda and like to share their embrace. We are aiming for a role balanced event.

We accept registrations on a first-come, first-served basis with separate queues for leaders and followers. If you register with a named partner and your roles differ, you can bypass the queues.

1. Submit the registration form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation email within a few minutes (please check your spam folder).
2. We take up to 5 days to process your registration. You will receive a personal confirmation email or be informed of your queue status.
3. After acceptance you have seven calendar days to arrange payment.
4. Cancellation: 80% refund for cancellations received before 15 Jan. 2027. No refund after that date.
